I love Illustration Friday and I always have lots of ideas for each week’s topic but I rarely participate. Usually because by the time I get around to painting my illustration a new topic has already been announced. But not this time!! This week’s topic is Blue and I couldn’t resist painting out this little elf mail carrier.
The title is Snail Mail. Snail mail is almost always late, it is frequently delivered to the wrong address, and more times than not the envelope and contents are ruined. But we like the mail carrier’s hat so we keep her on.
